Meet Annah

Annah Grace Morgan is a vital part of Rooted Culture, holding the role of Partner and Cultural Architect. Her roots run deep, having grown up on the same farm in Albertville, which she now calls home. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, holding a BA in Public Relations with a minor in Psychology from Auburn University. Annah is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive, a designation earned in 2007.

Her career has seen her contribute significantly to various organizations, with roles including Development Director for the Albertville City Schools Foundation, Shepherd’s Cove Foundation, and Director of Fundraising and Events for the American Diabetes Association Alabama/Mississippi.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Annah Grace is a multifaceted individual. She finds solace in song and the world of literature. Outdoors, she revels in activities such as hiking, leisurely walks, and any form of outdoor exploration. A fervent sports enthusiast, her allegiance lies with all things Aggie, Auburn, and the Atlanta Braves.

Her guiding light comes from Colossians 3:23, and her dreams extend in two directions. On the personal front, she aspires to attend a game in every MLB stadium, ideally to witness the Braves in action. On the professional side, her ambition is to acquire certification for teaching and coaching the Six Types of Working Genius and the Enneagram.

Annah Grace possesses an exceptional set of strengths that set her apart. She’s a natural leader, taking charge with determination and vision. Her unwavering support, constant encouragement, and eager willingness to help others make her a guiding light for the team. As a visionary, Annah Grace has the remarkable ability to ignite passion in those around her and establish meaningful connections.

Meet Ashley

Ashley Hays Bice, a Cultural Architect/Partner for Rooted Culture, is an Albertville High School alum. She holds an impressive academic background, with a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama.

Her professional journey has been marked by diverse roles, including Marketing and Media Manager at The Columbus Museum in Columbus, GA, Marketing and Communications Manager at America’s Car Museum, Marketing and Communications Manager at America’s Automotive Trust, National Strategic Initiatives Officer (as an Independent Contractor) at America’s Automotive Trust, and Marketing Consultant for Randy Jones & Associates.

Outside her career, Ashley revels in lakeside and beachside escapes, cherishing quality time with her son. Her spiritual anchor is Matthew 9:22, reminding her to “take heart, daughter.”

Ashley is passionately using Rooted Culture as a catalyst to ignite community collaboration in our area. Additionally, she actively contributes to her church’s children’s ministry, and she envisions creating a women’s support study group. Additionally, she dreams of embarking on a journey to the Holy Land to further enrich her spiritual connection.

Ashley’s unique strengths are truly remarkable. Her marketing vision is unparalleled, providing a vision for any project. She excels at client communication, anticipating their needs and offering solutions to address their pain points. As a great comforter, she brings solace and reassurance to those around her. Ashley’s execution skills and her ability to rally a team are exceptional. She excels at making people feel genuinely valued and thrives in thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
